Loriano...

I have a C-One... I'd love to get a case for it. It has been a quest for one!.. what do you have?

Here is the power supply I ordered... I hope it works (I'll report back on that).

I've actually been working with a case prototyper on putting together a case for the C-One that would be in a game console form factor. Here's a forum post at C-One.net in the case thread that has some info about the case.

Wow, cool you put the minimig in a keyboard. Nice Job!!! I need a "Retro Desk" I was thinking of a setup like that today.

I have been using my c-one as just a raw board, one of its downsides is the fact that it is bigger than mini-atx (3 Slot), but smaller than full atx (5 Slot). Its like a 4 slot board... I refuse to put it in a mini-tower. I have yet to find the perfect case for it.

Pretty soon I'll make one on my own if someone else doesn't do it. Maybe Loriano actually has something in mind here? I'd buy one if it was done as nicely as his other case.

It's probably best to keep the non-minimig discussion to the alternate cores section. Why don't you create a thread in there. I like the topic.

The Minimig is a real botch job. It's a plain old eMachines keyboard I had going spare, I then used a Dremel to cut out the area needed to fit it, added a couple of rubber feet at the front to raise it for the PIC, shortened the keyboard cable and ran it around the keyboard back to the Minimig... and that's it. Took about 45 minutes. :D

Changing the SD card just means flipping it over. Here's the underside (same type of keyboard shown before and after):

I'll do as you suggest with the alternative cores. I'm hoping that the C-One shows up soon.

Hey Guys, I have had a C-One for years, since they first came out I believe. I bought it with the hopes that one day an expansion would be available to accomodate an amiga core... that day has come :D
I stuck it in a normal atx mini tower case and had to cut out some of the separators between the pci slots in the case to fit the audio sockets in. I'd love to see a "Console" style case for it with access to all the slots (CF Cart etc - even if it uses an extender), something with an amiga ball logo ;)

anyway, good idea with this site, well done, probably should make a mini-mig theme for it.
